Booklane subscription terms

The service

Booklane provides a business profile, guided customer-request intake, an inquiry inbox, and manual status tracking, and optional owner email alerts. A request is not a confirmed appointment. Calendar booking, phone answering, advertising, automated customer follow-ups, and SMS are not included. No customer volume or revenue is guaranteed.

Founding plan

The plan costs USD $19 per business per month, plus applicable tax, and includes setup and up to 100 submitted requests per calendar month. Unused requests do not carry over. Each additional business requires a separate subscription. Review the total and recurring billing terms in Stripe Checkout before subscribing.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use Manage subscription in your workspace to cancel future renewals or update payment details. Cancellation at the end of a billing period allows access through the paid period. Failed payments, expired subscriptions, and payment risk reviews can suspend public intake. You can still sign in to review and export existing requests.

Refund requests

Contact TradeSpan Creative to request a refund or report an incorrect charge. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not itself issue a refund.

Your responsibilities

Keep your profile accurate, obtain any permissions required for customer data, and follow applicable laws. Do not use Booklane for spam, misleading offers, illegal services, or sensitive personal records. You remain responsible for service quotes, fulfillment, customer communication, and your own business payments and taxes.

Availability and support

Live subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Service can be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. Report problems using the contact email above. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
